Presidency

It has amazing one of its kind interiors. With graceful fluted columns and cathedral like beams and vaulted ceilings it leaves the visitor in awe. Atriums spanning several floors give a feeling of vast spaces.

Nature has been gently drawn inside and used to section off areas and enhance walls through vertical gardens. Lighting has been innovatively used to add pops of color to the décor. Huge pendant lights give a chandelier like glow and recessed track lighting highlights the unique design features and the architecture of the building. Flooring is an eclectic mix of wood and stone.

The offices of the university are spacious and furnished in a minimalistic design where ease of working comfort has been of prime concern. Hence the office chairs are of highly ergonomic level and the worktables have neat fluid line concepts.

The vast seating bays have been sectioned off with versatile flooring –a unique concept. With wooden flooring for the sitting sections and stone for walkthrough areas. The seating is styled for maximum comfort with plush foam leather sofas and chairs. Rattan floor lamps give a cozy feel. Throughout the interiors, the huge spaces have been cohesively brought together with color popping furniture and innovative color light effects.

The Presidency university project lots of planning and research, it stretched our design team’s creative muscles.

The interiors have a soothing relaxing effect in every corner to help the students focus on their studies and keep them relaxed at the same time. An environment was created with careful planning of the interiors to help the students in exploring their creative side and in learning new things.

The Presidency project was one of the challenging project, which has created wonderful experience for the Centrix interior designers.
