Fidelity National Finance, project situated in Brigade The garden, Brookfield, Bangalore and spread out over an area of 87,000 sq ft, was a design and build project completed in just 120 days to a very satisfied client.

The reception area is in snowy white and shades of blue. The walls and the roman Grecian columns are clad in snowy white Italian marble, enhancing the vastness of the space. The walls and ceiling are finished in blue and white to give a feel of open skies. The open glass façade provides extensive views. The Persian carpet in the waiting area and the high backed tufted leather chairs add a luxe element to it. The exotic chandelier at the reception desk and the snowflake pendant lights give the feel of a chalet in the Swiss Alps .

The work spaces feature wall to wall textured glass partitions for effective transmission of light. The vast working bay has been brought together with muted shades in flooring and furniture. Track and concealed lighting provides sufficient lighting for the work space.

The seating has a high comfort level with ergonomically designed chairs offering lumbar support and mesh fabric for breathability. Strategically placed clamp on privacy panels on the work tables provide a well needed sense of privacy and defined personal space in a shared collaborative workplace. Interest in this neutral space is provided with colorful backsplash printed glass wall cladding.

A small reading nook has been very thoughtfully provided in the waiting area and completely done up in shades of blue, including blue flooring, wall cladding and upholstered chairs to give a calming soothing effect.

The dining hall and the cafeteria areas are however given an eclectic feel with a mix of splashes of bright colors used in fiber chairs. The college canteen type tables and the pop art style feisty prints on the walls bring young enthusiastic energy into the room. Walls have been given various finishes throughout the space and include electric design tile work and open brick walls. The huge pool table hanging lamps and metalwork partition complete the look. The café has been given a cozy feel with wooden tile flooring.
