Like the scales in a symphony, effects of a company’s culture within its physical workspace is quite profound. Consider the instance of one of the world’s largest two-wheeler companies, where the company’s culture intricately shaped the design of its office space. The heartbeat of innovation and agility pulsated through every design decision, echoing the core values of the organization.
Notably, the requirements of each individual team were as diverse as their functions. Research and development sought spaces that fueled creativity and experimentation, while marketing teams craved dynamic and interactive zones for brainstorming. Operations, on the other hand, needed layouts designed for maximum efficiency. The challenge lay in creating an environment that not only met these distinct needs but also harmonized them into a cohesive whole.
Now let’s imagine the friction between seasoned leaders and blazing young talent working towards most ambitious automotive revolution. Neither side could be made to sit in a space convenient to the opposite.
The culture-driven design, however, emerged as the unifying thread. Open, collaborative spaces facilitated spontaneous interactions, breaking down silos and fostering a culture of cross-functional synergy. Meeting rooms were tailored to accommodate different team dynamics, ensuring efficient communication. The profound lesson learned was that design isn’t just aesthetics; it’s a strategic tool that must sync harmoniously with the culture and vision of the company.
The office space, thus, became a living testament to this philosophy, propelling the company forward by aligning physical space with cultural ethos and collective vision.

Collaborating with a forward-thinking real estate developer diving into new commercial ventures, our design team embarked on a mission to turn spaces into captivating experiences. Understanding the client’s vision wasn’t just a task for us—it was a thrilling exploration into the realm of sensory engagement. Moreover, nothing feels as rewarding as being trusted for a new venture.
We envisioned an experience center that goes beyond the ordinary, drawing inspiration from the wisdom of temple architecture. Much like ancient temples guide worshippers through a transformative journey, our designs aimed to take guests on a visual adventure through evolving spaces. Each part of our design told a story, leading visitors through a journey of purpose and discovery.
Think of it like walking through a temple: each step builds on the last, bringing you closer to a deeper understanding. In our commercial spaces, every room and corridor became a chapter, inviting individuals to explore and connect with the essence of purpose. We brought the timeless principles of temple architecture into our designs to illuminate the potential of commercial spaces.
Our spaces weren’t just about the physical; they were about creating an experience that resonates with purpose, elevating the human spirit. In simple terms, we transformed spaces into stories, inviting everyone to take a visual journey and discover the ultimate core of their purpose within those walls.
Bidding farewell to an eventful year.
Expanding our reach and influence, we took a bold stride by opening new offices in three dynamic cities—Chennai, Pune, and the National Capital Region (NCR). These expansions not only broadened our geographical footprint but also positioned us to harness diverse talent pools, cater to regional demands, and strengthen our presence in key markets.
We are deeply saddened by the recent Chennai floods and our hearts go out to all affected, including our colleagues and communities. The resilience shown in such trying times is truly inspiring.
Amid these accomplishments, the recognition of our efforts reached new heights as we were honored with the prestigious Best Design Studio 2023 award in the spatial design category. This accolade stands as a testament to our unwavering dedication to excellence and innovation in the field of design.

Early in the year, we celebrated the culmination of a five-year journey with the successful relocation to a new office space.
